I have always admired those companies that prioritize on their customers' needs and accord them the respect customers deserve. When I purchased an LG chocolate phone for instance, I thought than my relationship with the producer of the phone ended after I had paid for the phone. But sometimes later. I had a serious problem with my phone and I had to seek LG chocolate help from my manufacturer since none of the technicians I had asked to help me with the phone was able to fix it. From the customer service desk, I was asked to take the phone to a dealer in town, and that was where I received the help I wanted. I was not even asked to pay for anything because according to the dealer, it was the manufacturer's responsibility to ensure that I was receiving the best from the item I has purchased. This was a very good thing to me because I never though such manufacturers existed in this world. I am about to open up my business and this is exactly what I will be doing for my customers.
