There are usually yearly budgets which are carried out from the sports company federation which cater for all the players that play for national, regional or local teams here in the United Kingdom. This has been happening ever since sports became noticeable in the society, and there have been tremendous improvements in the teams which have been awarded a certain amount in this budget. There are also other things which are normally budgeted such as equipments and uniforms but there is one thing that is normally left behind which is considered to be of great importance and should not be assumed. This is the placing of sports psychologists in the budget for the good mental training they have been giving to our players. They also need to be recognized and appreciated for the good work they have been doing, and also be given some money to cater for the buying of the machines and equipments they will need to carry out their training sessions without any trouble so that we can have more teams making it to the nationals. |
