Putting up a building is not as easy as many think. It requires more than money to put up a building for you will need several types of services so as to enable the building run well on its completion. One area to be careful on is the electrical contractors. These people deal mainly with all work electrical which includes the wiring of the whole house, a system that if left out then nothing will move forward in terms of electricity, fixing lighting and panels. This means that if you deal with quark electricians you will have yourself to blame for you will incur major losses. Electrical contractors can be sub contracted by the general contractor or by the owner. If contracted by the owner, they report to him and if they are subcontracted by the general contractor it is to him that they report. The payments are done by either the general contractor or the owner according to the agreement done at the time of contracting. You will agree with me that they are very important in the society.
