Why many people end up losing their jobs

Having a job is a very fulfilling venture in life. This is because you grow both career wise, and you also grow socially and more importantly intellectually too. Before someone gets a job, they are always saying that they will work really hard once given a chance, and they even promise their prospective employee that they will give the job their all and they will not let them down no matter what. This changes when they get the jobs, they start off very well but within time, they start slacking off. Coming to work late, and not meeting deadlines on time and not even being apologetic about it. This happens in many places even when it comes to coventry jobs. The problem of being like this is that you are going to be less productive and your employer will most definitely notice and take the necessary measure. You will be warned and if you still do not adhere to what you are supposed to do then they are going to suck you and you are going to lose your job to someone who is willing to be more productive.
